AAI Junior Executive & Manager Exam Pattern 2026
- सभी पदों के लिए Computer Based Test (CBT) होगा और सवाल Objective Type होंगे।
- CBT में गलत जवाब पर कोई Negative Marking नहीं है।
- परीक्षा Hindi और English दोनों भाषाओं में होगी, सिर्फ भाषा के विषय को छोड़कर।
- Manager (Operations) के Syllabus में Total Marks 120 और समय 2 घंटे लिखा है। इसमें Part-A (GK, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English) का Weightage 50 प्रतिशत और Part-B (अपने Qualification से जुड़े विषय) का 50 प्रतिशत है।
- बाकी पदों का Pattern अलग भी हो सकता है, इसलिए अपने पद का Syllabus PDF ज़रूर देखें।
- परीक्षा कई Session में हुई, तो अंकों को Equate किया जाएगा, यानी अलग-अलग Shift के Difficulty Level का फर्क बराबर किया जाएगा।
AAI Junior Executive & Manager Selection Process
चयन की शुरुआत CBT से होती है, उसके बाद पद के हिसाब से आगे के चरण होते हैं।
- सभी पदों के लिए पहले Computer Based Test होगा।
- CBT के बाद Application Verification या Subsequent Tests होंगे, और इसके लिए CBT में अच्छे अंक लाने वालों को Shortlist किया जाएगा।
- Post Code 1 से 11 (सभी Manager पद) में Interview भी होगा।
- Manager (Fire Services) के लिए Application Verification के बाद Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test और Physical Endurance Test होगा। इसमें दौड़, Sandbag उठाकर चलना, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing और पूरी Ladder पर चढ़ना-उतरना शामिल है।
- Final Merit CBT और Interview (जहां लागू हो) के अंकों से बनेगी। उसके बाद Documents, Background Check और Medical Test भी होगा।
- Post Code 3 और 12 को छोड़कर बाकी सभी पदों के लिए Colour Blindness या Night Blindness होने पर उम्मीदवार को Reject किया जा सकता है।

2. इसके बाद Login Page पर अपना Registration Number और Password डालें। अगर Page पर Date of Birth मांगी जाए, तो वह भी सही-सही भरें।

- परीक्षा केंद्र पर आपका Biometric लिया जाएगा और कभी भी उसका मिलान किया जा सकता है। इसलिए Biometric सही तरह से दर्ज कराएं।
- Attendance Sheet पर वही Signature करें जो आपने फॉर्म में Upload किया था। Signature नहीं मिलने पर Candidature रद्द हो सकती है।
